Job summary

Thomas Young Group is seeking a Landscape Architect to join a multidisciplinary design and engineering team in Colorado. You will contribute from planning through construction, supporting site analysis, master planning, and documentation.

You will collaborate with planners, engineers, and environmental specialists on parks, civic spaces, streetscapes, and mixed-use developments. A strong design portfolio and passion for sustainable outdoor spaces are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
• 3–6 years of professional landscape architecture experience preferred.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D modeling/rendering software.
• Strong graphic communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding of site planning, grading, planting design, and construction documentation.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for sustainable and community focused outdoor spaces.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, design, and delivery of landscape architecture projects across sectors.
• Assist with site analysis, conceptual design, and master planning.
• Prepare construction documents, planting plans, and technical drawings.
• Create renderings, graphics, and presentation materials for meetings.
• Coordinate with planners, engineers, environmental specialists, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Contribute to parks, civic spaces, streetscapes, transportation, and mixed-use developments.
• Support project coordination through all design and construction phases.
