You will also play a vital role in project management and business development, applying your design expertise, organizational skills, and entrepreneurial mindset to grow our practice. A commitment to design excellence and working with a passionate team that values community impact is essential.

Salary Range: $72,000 to $85,000.

  • Experience across all project phases: site analysis, concept design, planting design, construction documents, and specifications
  • Strong visual communication skills, including hand sketching and digital graphics
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, and 3D visualization tools (e.g., Lumion, Rhino)
  • Strong project management skills, including staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
