• A Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Environmental Design, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in residential landscape design (experience in Texas climates and plant materials is a major plus).
• Strong design and technical proficiency with tools such as Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• A portfolio that demonstrates a clear understanding of site planning, planting design, hardscape detailing, and visual storytelling.
• Experience in project coordination or management is a big advantage.
• Strong communication skills - someone who can articulate ideas clearly to clients and collaborate smoothly with team members.
• A self-starter with a passion for high-quality design, sustainability, and creating spaces people truly love.
