This position involves working on landscape plans for national builders, site contractors, and customer builders who require high-level, custom designs.

• Create lot-specific plans based on builder requirements and modify existing plans as needed.
• Collaborate with the estimation team to understand basic package requirements.
• Integrate site plans into AutoCAD software and add design elements.
• Ensure all designs meet specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Provide advanced design work for custom projects.
• Stay updated with county-designated plans and legal requirements to ensure compliance.
