Job summary

Addison Group is seeking an Account Manager for our Reno, NV-based commercial landscaping client. You will be the primary contact for accounts, oversee field operations, and support maintenance, development, irrigation, and hardscape projects to ensure excellent service and client satisfaction.

With 3+ years in customer service or account management, you will coach field crews, monitor renewals and profitability, and partner with branch leadership to meet service expectations while growing

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service or account management, preferably in landscaping or related service industry.
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for commercial client accounts.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor service quality and client satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for enhancement projects and develop proposals.
• Resolve client issues and address concerns proactively.
• Partner with Operations and Branch leadership to ensure service expectations are met.
• Monitor account renewals, financial performance, and profitability.
• Manage and support hiring, training, and coaching of field crews.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and branch policies.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and assist with reporting.

Job Description:

We are seeking Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for commercial client accounts. This role focuses on relationship building, overseeing field operations, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality landscaping services including maintenance install, development, irrigation, hardscape, and more. You’ll drive client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth while supporting and coaching field teams.

• Serve as the main point of contact for commercial client accounts.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor service quality and client satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for enhancement projects and develop proposals.

• Start Date: Typically within 2–3 weeks of 1st interview
