Landmark of Fridley - Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Landmark of Fridley, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team! Located in Fridley, MN, our community offers Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services in a 69-unit apartment-style setting. Join us and help seniors Age Magnificently.

Shifts Available: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8am-4pm, with Manager on duty rotation. Wage range: $27-$32.50/hr.

About the Role

As an LPN, you will oversee nursing care and services, ensuring quality and compliance with standards. Your responsibilities include monitoring care quality, documenting care, medications, and treatments, and supporting staffing plans.

Responsibilities
  1. Schedule and perform rounds to monitor nursing care quality.
  2. Ensure proper documentation of care, medications, and treatments.
  3. Assist in staffing and scheduling based on resident needs.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program and valid state licensure as an LPN or RN.
  • Restorative or geriatric nursing experience preferred.
  • Ability to relate professionally and positively with residents, families, and staff.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including email.
