A leading organization dedicated to supporting individuals experiencing homelessness is seeking a Landlord-Tenant Data and Software Specialist I to join their Landlord-Tenant Services team. This full-time position involves providing technical assistance and system support to ensure the success of the Rent Well eCourse participants, addressing technical issues, and managing software user data. POSITION DESCRIPTION
Position: Landlord-Tenant Data and Software Specialist I
Supervisor: Senior Manager of Landlord-Tenant Services
Location: Mt.Scott Office - 7916 SE Foster Rd. Portland, OR 97206; mostly off-site home-office work (remote)
Hours: Monday - Friday, some evening and weekend work required
Wage: $29.00 hourly -Eligible for Language Differential

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Work as part of the Landlord-Tenant Services team to provide technical assistance and problem-solving support to Rent Well eCourse staff and students to successfully complete the tenant education course and continue their journey to find stable housing. This position will also help to maintain the Rent Well eCourse user data, systems, and software, including some systems administration tasks. One of the key aspects of the role is to troubleshoot any technical performance issues that users of the Rent Well software (eCourse/Learning Management System, mobile app, FreshDesk helpdesk system, and websites) commonly struggle with. This position will also serve as a primary point of contact for department staff and the third-party tech agencies that the program contracts with. This is a permanent, full-time, non-exempt, represented position.

ABOUT THE TEAM
As mentioned before, this position's home department would be the Landlord-Tenant Services Team. This team is comprised mainly of positions working closely on the Rent Well tenant education program, helping tenants understand their rights and responsibilities. The team is a smaller department within the agency and will have less than 10 individuals on it.
