Job summary

Integrity Staffing Group is hiring a Production Associate in Tulsa, OK, with a clear path to become a Furnace Operator. This entry-level role starts loading and handling glass in a hot, non-climate-controlled environment.

Pay is $15.50 per hour with a chance to advance. Work hours are 5am–3pm, Monday through Thursday, with occasional Fridays and overtime. Candidates should have mechanical or machine experience and be able to lift heavy loads up to 70 lbs.

Qualifications

• Mechanical or machine operation experience required.
• Heavy lifting up to 70 lbs; team lift over 50 lbs.
• Willing to train and grow into Furnace Operator role.

Responsibilities

• Start as a Production Associate loading and handling glass.
• Train on the furnace to grow into Furnace Operator.
• Inspecting glass for quality.
• Packing glass into various crates.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
