Job summary

Integrity Staffing is hiring for a Production Associate role with a clear path to become a Furnace Operator. Starting pay is $15.50 per hour with an opportunity to advance. Work hours are 5am–3pm, Monday through Thursday, with some Fridays and overtime.

The job involves loading and handling glass, training on the furnace, and progressing to operator duties in a hot, non-climate-controlled environment. Preferred candidates have mechanical or machine experience and can lift heavy loads, up to 70

Qualifications

• Start as a Production Associate loading and handling glass.
• Train on the furnace and grow into a Furnace Operator role.
• Heavy lifting up to 50–70 lbs; team lift over 50 lbs.
• Inspecting glass for quality.
• Packing glass into various crates.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Working in a hot, non-climate-controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and handle glass as Production Associate.
• Assist in furnace operations and progression to Furnace Operator.
• Uphold safety and cleanliness in a hot manufacturing setting.
