Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Environmental Geologist to lead complex waste management and landfill monitoring projects in the Toledo, Ohio area. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, shape strategies and budgets, and ensure top-tier client satisfaction through rigorous oversight.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Geology or Environmental Science, 15+ years of experience, and deep expertise in RCRA regulations, permitting, and environmental consulting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Geology or Environmental Science; advanced degrees preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in waste management, stormwater management and spill pollution prevention projects.
• Licensed Professional Geologist (PG) preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Geology or Environmental Science (advanced degrees a plus)
• 15+ years of experience in waste management, stormwater management and spill pollution prevention projects
• Licensed Professional Geologist (PG) preferred
• Proven success managing large-scale projects, site monitoring, and environmental permitting
• Deep expertise in landfill and waste management consulting and permitting
• Strong knowledge of RCRA, Subtitle C & D regulations
