Qualifications

• Licenses as required by Local, State, Federal, Environmental and/or Health/Safety Regulatory agencies.

Responsibilities

• Manually picks up windblown paper and deposits refuse in a bag.
• Operates a mobile vacuum and drives a tractor to vacuum litter along the landfill perimeter.
• Directs traffic at the landfill entrance during busy periods.
• Lifts construction materials and uses hand tools like shovels, picks and axes.
• Separates metal, white goods, lumber, and cardboard on the tipping floor.
