Job summary

Noble Environmental Specialty Services seeks a Wellfield Technician to operate and maintain a landfill gas well field in Hopewell, PA. You will monitor readings, ensure safety, and comply with Title V permits and SOPs.

Responsibilities include data collection, tuning the well field to maximize gas quantity and quality, maintaining logs, and coordinating with supervisors on project planning. Must have a high school diploma; landfill gas experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of landfill gas operations experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and operational procedures.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate well field during the assigned shift to maintain compliance with permits and SOPs.
• Maintain daily logs and readings.
• Follow safety policies and use PPE (safety shoes, vest, hearing protection, glasses, gloves).
• Tune/adjust the well field to maximize gas quantity and quality.
• Maintain well field database and logs.
• Document wellhead readings and corrective actions.
• Assist supervisory staff with project planning and expansions.
• Respond to call-outs and overtime as required.
• Keep facility areas clean.
