Qualifications

• Master's degree required or in lieu of degree by experience.
• Bachelor's degree required with related field.
• 1 year of planning/zoning experience; 3 years preferred.
• Experience substitutions allowed year-for-year.

Responsabilités

• Provide supervisory direction for interpreting land development codes.
• Coordinate review and analysis of complex land use developments.
• Prepare meetings minutes, memos, and agenda materials.
• Maintain LDMS updates and database.
• Support section programs and reporting.
