Job summary

• Two years of progressively responsible work experience involving preparing, reviewing, or extracting information from legal documents and records related to real property ownership or transactions.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.

Responsibilities

• Examine, determine, and evidence title to real property or interests therein.
• Search records, summarize conveyances to record history of title, and prepare abstracts or chain of title.
• Assign and supervise staff in preparation of Certificates of Title and related records.
