Job summary

SRF Consulting Group, Inc. is seeking a Professional Land Surveyor to support projects across Minnesota, North Dakota, and Wisconsin, with a hybrid work arrangement in Minneapolis, Fargo, or Madison.

The role involves leading right-of-way plats, parcel sketches, and ALTA Surveys, from kickoff to delivery, while mentoring staff and maintaining strong client relationships. Ideal candidates will have experience with Trimble tools, AutoCAD Civil 3D or MicroStation, and proven project management

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage projects from planning through delivery.
• Strong leadership experience with supervision and staff development.
• Experience balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of Trimble equipment and software.
• Proficiency in Trimble Business Center and AutoCAD Civil 3D or MicroStation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of right-of-way plats, parcel sketches, and ALTA Surveys for high-impact infrastructure projects.
• Own projects from kickoff to completion, drive execution and deliver results.
• Manage timelines, budgets, team coordination, and clear client communication, adapting to evolving priorities.
• Plan workloads with Group Leadership to optimize staffing and ensure quality deliverables across the team.
• Provide hands-on mentorship, technical oversight, and quality control to elevate team performance.
• Build and strengthen client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.
