Job summary

Dynamic Engineering Consultants, PC is seeking a Survey Intern in New Jersey to assist with land surveying duties under the guidance of registered surveyors and engineers. You will help with data collection, field work, and drafting tasks to support site and boundary surveys.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Surveying and 0–2 years of surveying experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong technical background with surveying knowledge.
• Flexible in daily schedule, OSHA training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform selected survey assignments quickly and accurately.
• Conduct site, boundary, topographic, and subdivision surveys.
• Prepare field notes and organize field equipment.
• Perform grade sheet computations and boundary analyses.
• Prepare metes and bounds descriptions and project datum conversions.
• Assist with data collection to support field crews.
