You will assist Professional Land Surveyors with CAD production, boundary analysis, research, legal descriptions, and easement preparation, and review deliverables and computations under a Professional Land Surveyor's supervision. The role requires a Surveyor in Training certification, a four-year degree (or 3+ years field experience), and Civil 3D experience.

Qualifications

• Surveyor in Training certification is preferred.
• Four-year degree or 3+ years land survey field experience.
• Civil 3D experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Professional Land Surveyors with CAD production, boundary analysis, research, and easement preparation.
• Review deliverables and perform computations in line with state statutes.
• Collaborate with field crews, manage QA/QC checks, travel occasionally.
