Job summary

Jobot is seeking a land surveyor to join our Northeast Wisconsin team. You will conduct boundary, topographic, construction staking, and ALTA/NSPS surveys using GPS and robotic total stations, preparing survey drawings with AutoCAD Civil 3D.

You’ll collaborate with engineers and project managers to deliver accurate survey deliverables, maintain equipment, and uphold safety standards. 2+ years in land surveying and a PLs license is preferred but not required; Jobot supports licensure.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in land surveying or related field.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and modern survey equipment.
• Strong understanding of surveying principles, legal descriptions, and construction documentation.
• PLS license preferred but not required—support available for licensure

Responsibilities

• Conduct boundary, topographic, construction staking, and ALTA/NSPS surveys using GPS and robotic total stations.
• Process field data and prepare survey drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure accurate and timely survey deliverables.
• Maintain and calibrate survey equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards
