Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Land Surveyor.
  • Strong knowledge of surveying principles and techniques.
  • Proficiency with surveying software such as AutoCAD or Trimble Business Center.
  • Excellent mathematical skills for precise measurement calculations.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods of time.
  • Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
  • Analyze survey data to create accurate maps, drawings, and reports
  • Work closely with architects, engineers, and developers to determine land boundaries and project requirements
