Qualifications

• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Structural/architectural drafting and detailing experience.
• Based in South Bend with local travel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports and legal descriptions of surveys.
• Verify the accuracy of survey data and calculations.
• Direct or conduct surveys to establish legal boundaries.
• Record survey results including shape, location and elevation.
• Calculate heights, depths and property lines.
• Prepare data, charts, plots, maps and documents related to surveys.
• Write descriptions of property boundaries for deeds or other documents.
• Search records to obtain information about property boundaries.
• Adjust and service surveying equipment for accuracy.
• Analyze objectives to prepare survey proposals.
