V3 Companies, located in Town of Florida, NY, is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to manage land surveys focusing on construction layout, as-builts, ALTA, boundary, and topographic surveys. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience and professional licensure in Indiana.

Here's what you'll do:

• Prepare various land surveys, focusing on construction layout and as-builts, as well as ALTA, boundary, and topographic.
• Oversee and manage survey projects from setup through completion.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Bid new projects and create/write proposals.
• Minimum of 7 years of land surveying experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, with experience in construction calculations, boundary, and topographic surveys preferred.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Professional licensure in Indiana is required.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
