Job summary

Holman is seeking an experienced automotive technician to perform repairs and diagnostics in a dealership environment. You will follow repair orders, diagnose faults, and perform quality repairs using up-to-date automotive tools and manuals.

The role requires at least 1 year of experience, auto training or Land Rover certifications (ASEs a plus), and a valid driver's license with a clean MVR. A structured pay plan, benefits, and relocation support are offered.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more of automotive technician experience.
• Technical Auto training or Land Rover certifications, ASEs are a plus.
• Valid Drivers License, a clean MVR or minimal violations.
• Willingness to undergo our background requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
• Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair.
• Maintain leading-edge knowledge of automotive diagnosis technology, digital manuals, and reference materials.
• Keep shop area neat and clean, and be able to account for dealership tools at all times.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality repair.
• Adapt to rapidly changing technologies in the automotive industry, as well as in the diagnostics arena.
