Qualifikationen

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Aufgaben

• Assist with landowner outreach via phone, email, letters, and in-person visits.
• Support negotiation preparation by gathering property information, ownership records, and access requirements.
• Coordinate survey and construction access schedules with landowners and field teams.
• Negotiate land rights acquisitions.
• Deliver and collect routine land rights documents and agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of landowner contacts, access status, and documentation in tracking systems.
• Support execution, filing, and distribution of agreements under supervision.
• Escalate access issues or landowner concerns to senior staff as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
