Qualifications

• Experience negotiating agreements or working directly with property owners.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
• Proficient in common office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to travel to project sites as required.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Support landowner outreach, land rights acquisition, and access coordination for land acquisition, survey, and construction operations.
• Negotiate routine right of way, easement, license, and temporary construction access agreements.
• Coordinate survey and construction access with landowners, survey crews, and construction teams.
• Execute land rights agreements with proper signatures, distribution, and recordkeeping.
• Maintain land rights tracking logs and contact records and provide routine progress reports.
• Assist on-site access coordination during active survey activities.
• Ensure compliance with company and site safety policies and protocols.
