As a Land Manager, in a hybrid role, based out of a Jacobs US office (with potential to report into client offices) with possibility of required travel to support client projects, you will support the Land Services team and clients that are located across all US time zones. Additionally, you are primarily responsible for acquiring easements or other land rights necessary for the construction, operation, and maintenance of client infrastructure across the country. The candidate will work with the Land Services and client project teams, from start to finish, to ensure that all land service responsibilities are completed, and that all land rights are successfully obtained to execute the project. This is a HYBRID position, based out of a Jacobs US office (with potential to report into client offices), with possibility of travel to support client projects when needed.

The base salary range for this position is $73,500.00 to $128,600.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
