We’re seeking a high-performing Land Acquisitions Manager to run comps, make offers, and negotiate deals directly with sellers. You'll be the tip of the spear in our acquisitions process — and a critical part of helping us scale to the next level. Expected time commitment is in the 30–40 hours/week range, with schedule flexibility based on performance and results.

We’ll train you on all systems and give you access to everything you need to succeed:
$2,000 a month base + 5% commission on gross profit (aiming for a minimum of $30k gross profit per deal). A $500 commission advance will be paid at acquisition, with the remaining balance after resale.
$75,000 to $125,000 annually based on performance and commission plan.
