Job summary

Walton Global in Scottsdale, AZ is hiring a full-time Builder Land Finance Coordinator to support Portfolio Management and Real Estate teams. You will work with 3rd party homebuilders to underwrite land financing transactions, contributing to executive decision making and land acquisition strategies.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years in finance/real estate, a Bachelor’s in a related field, and strong skills in Excel/PowerPoint.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a field related to real estate development is preferred.
2–3 years of relevant experience (Finance and/or real estate background preferred).
Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel with knowledge in Project and D365.
Strong communication and organizational skills to manage the land financing process through Walton’s departments.

Responsibilities

Monitor home builder finance assets and oversee development projects with top public homebuilders in the US.
Perform asset monitoring, assess market and project risk, including home sale pricing and pace of sales.
Organize underwriting templates with 3rd party consultants for Land Committee approvals.
Prepare reports and presentations for investment approvals and monetization strategies.
Maintain project files, assist with deal information sheets, and manage due diligence documents.
