• Engineer in Training recognition or ability within 12 months.
• 5 years of experience preferred.

• Partner with Project Manager or Team Leader to solve design issues.
• Actively work with the team to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
• Implement the QA/QC process to ensure high-quality engineering solutions and plan sets.
• Challenge the team to develop innovative alternative solutions to meet client needs.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of the team's technical engineering expertise.
