The ideal candidate will have a B.S. in Civil Engineering, a P.E. registration, and over 5 years of experience. Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive land-development engineering experience.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Willingness to travel overnight for site and agency meetings.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate multi-million-dollar land-development projects.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and agencies.
• Champion quality, safety, and ethical practice in all decisions.

Skills

Proven ability to mentor junior staff

Fluent in AutoCAD Civil 3D

Clear communication with diverse stakeholders

Ability to coordinate multiple disciplines

Education

B.S. in Civil Engineering

Registered P.E. or ability to obtain
