Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in land development.
• Passed FE examination.
• Strong understanding of local governmental public and private development codes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare engineer’s opinion of probable cost.
• Maintain client relationships.
• Prepare permit applications for municipal agencies.
• Prepare feasibility studies and master planning.
• Assist in proposal preparation for engineering services.
