Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in land/site development design.
- 10+ years of experience at the Senior PM or leadership level.
- Strong background in single-family residential/subdivision development.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the design and delivery of land development projects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
