Job summary

gpac LLC. is seeking an experienced Professional Engineer (PE) to join our Land Development team as a Project Manager. The role focuses on leading projects, guiding internal teams, and delivering superior client service from concept to completion.

This position emphasizes long-term growth, leadership visibility, and a clear path to partnership within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary consulting environment, with flexible hybrid work options in a diverse project portfolio.

Qualifications

• PE license or EIT is required.
• 4+ years of land development/civil engineering experience.
• Proven experience managing projects, teams and client relationships.
• Strong site design, grading, drainage and utilities knowledge.
• Experience with budgeting, proposals and project financials.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and related tools.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage land development projects from concept through completion.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Serve as primary point of contact for client relationships and communication.
• Prepare and review proposals, contracts and project scopes.
• Coordinate across internal disciplines (civil, surveying, planning, environmental, etc.).
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and staff.
• Ensure quality control and regulatory compliance.
• Support business development and identify new opportunities.
