Job summary

McKim & Creed invites aspiring civil engineers to join its Planning, Development and Natural Resources (PDNR) team as an Engineering Student Intern, Land Development at our Newark, Delaware office.

You will support senior engineers and designers to prepare plans, specs, reports, and permit submittals for civil site and land development projects, while gaining hands-on experience and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Sophomore or Junior currently enrolled in ABET accredited BS in Civil Engineering.
• Civil 3D and/or AutoCAD experience.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent grasp of your professional field along with leadership, teamwork and communication abilities.
• Valid driver''s license.

Responsibilities

• Work under the supervision of a senior engineer/project manager and with designers and technicians to produce plans, specifications, reports, and permit submittals for civil site and land development engineering projects.
