Job summary

FCC Environmental Services in Spring, TX seeks a Construction Project Manager/Engineer to lead land development and municipal project design efforts from concept through construction. You will coordinate design plans, manage subconsultants, prepare studies, and ensure timely project delivery while maintaining budgets and schedules.

The role requires a detail-oriented, organized professional who can travel up to 50% and handle multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive experience in Construction Management focused on land development and/or municipal project design.
• Detail oriented with tendency to adhere to established procedures.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, interact, and complete duties on schedule.
• Must be organized and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Practiced in project management, task management, follow-up and follow-through.
• Ability to travel up to 50%

Responsibilities

• Execute multiple simultaneous projects from conceptual design, through final design, and submittal reviews during construction.
• Manage budgets and schedules on assigned projects.
• Prepare conceptual designs to assist in defining project scope including site layouts and preliminary cost estimates.
• Coordinate with subconsultants to prepare contracts and fees, and manage their work to keep projects on schedule.
• Obtain building and environmental permits for construction.
• Supervise construction and administration tasks.
