Job summary

Red Frog Solutions is assisting a well-established real estate developer in Raleigh, NC to hire a Land Development Project Manager / Civil Engineer for on-site work with relocation assistance. This role leads site and land development projects from design through delivery and offers mentorship from a VP and a culture that prioritizes quality over billable hours.

Requirements: Civil Engineering degree, 4+ years site/civil experience, PE license or actively pursuing; NC license a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 4+ years of site/civil engineering experience (residential or mixed-use).
• PE License or actively pursuing/testing for one (NC license a plus).
• Proficiency in Civil 3D, HydroCAD, and Hydroflow.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare grading, drainage, and stormwater design plans.
• Review and markup drawings and coordinate with contractors.
• Manage site and land development projects from design through delivery.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
• Ensure quality and compliance with jurisdictional standards.
