Job summary

Kimley-Horn in Alpharetta, GA is seeking an engineering graduate with 1+ years of civil experience to join our Land Development team. You will perform site development engineering, manage projects, and contribute to design and permitting efforts.

Responsibilities include site civil design, hydrology modeling, storm drainage, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and coordinating with staff, clients, and budgets. You will receive mentorship and training while tackling plan production and project financials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's from ABET-accredited university in Civil Engineering.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform site development engineering and project management tasks for a variety of projects.
• Complete site civil design, permitting, and applicable software applications including hydrology modeling program, storm drainage programs, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D.
• As a critical team member, contribute to plan production, project financials, and client interactions.
