• 4+ years of site civil design experience.
• PE license or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and permitting.
• Strong project coordination and client meeting experience.
• Ability to build plan sets and construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Perform site development engineering and project management for residential and commercial projects.
• Coordinate with clients, attend meetings, monitor budgets and schedules.
• Prepare bid packages, technical specifications, and permits for land disturbance.
• Lead and mentor staff while fostering cross-team collaboration.
