You will contribute from the early planning stages through final design, working closely with clients, regulatory agencies, and internal team members to develop practical and efficient engineering solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of civil site design or land development experience.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Experience with residential, commercial, or industrial development.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare site development plans (grading, drainage, utilities, stormwater).
• Assist with feasibility studies, due diligence, and technical reports.
• Develop calculations and construction drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Coordinate with managers, engineers, clients, and permitting agencies.
• Support local and state permitting efforts and approvals.
• Participate in meetings and contribute engineering solutions.
• Maintain quality, accuracy, and attention to detail throughout design.
