ESP Enterprises Inc. is seeking a Civil CAD Drafter in Midland, TX to join our land development team. The role focuses on civil site design for residential, commercial, municipal, and industrial projects.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years drafting experience with AutoCAD and a strong grasp of grading, drainage, utilities, and site plans. This position offers relocation assistance and a path to expanded design responsibilities.

Qualifications

3+ years Civil CAD drafting experience.
Experience on land development or civil site development projects.
Proficient with AutoCAD and site development plans.
Ability to prepare profiles, cross sections, and details.
Strong understanding of civil engineering drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

Prepare civil drawings for land development projects (residential, commercial, municipal, industrial).
Develop grading, drainage, paving, utility, and stormwater plans.
Produce plan and profile sheets, cross sections, and construction details.
Read, interpret, and apply engineering plans and specs.
Collaborate with Civil Engineers throughout the design process.
Revise drawings based on marks and client comments.
Maintain standards and ensure on-schedule project completion.
Grow technical design skills and learn company drafting standards.
