Job summary

Adi Development Group is seeking a Land Development Associate to join our Ontario-based pipeline of residential condominium projects. You will support planning approvals, conduct site analysis, and coordinate with architects, engineers, and government agencies to move projects from concept to consent.

This 12-month contract offers exposure to large-scale developments, strong emphasis on regulatory knowledge, and opportunities to contribute to feasibility studies and post-project learnings.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in land development, urban planning, or real estate development, ideally within residential or condominium projects in Ontario.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
• Working knowledge of Ontario land use planning regulations including the Planning Act, Municipal Zoning Bylaws, Official Plans, and Provincial Policy Statements.

Responsibilities

• Plan and drive land development approvals for residential condo projects, including zoning amendments and registration.
• Coordinate submission packages for municipal and provincial review.
• Track timelines against milestones and flag risks early.
• Engage with architects, engineers, planners, and design consultants throughout the process.
