Dexter Talent Ltd. is seeking a Technical Analyst to join the Project Services team in Houston. You will focus on land data and a suite of land management products, guiding customers through data preparation and migration to a new platform.

The role blends land industry knowledge with data analysis, SQL-based validation and hands-on implementation work, with regular collaboration across project managers, developers and QA teams.

Competenze

• Strong SQL skills for data mapping, validation and quality assurance.
• Experience with land data, land records, leases, contracts or ownership information.
• Experience with databases, data conversions and cross-functional project teams.
• Ability to analyze complex information and communicate clearly to customers.

Mansioni

• Work directly with clients to understand land data, processes and system requirements.
• Analyze datasets and develop clear, standardized conversion rules.
• Create source-to-target mappings for data migration to the new platform.
• Use SQL to investigate, validate and clean customer data.
• Prepare documentation for customers, PMs and data conversion specialists.
• Support data validation, testing and quality assurance during conversion.
• Provide technical guidance to customers during and after implementation.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, QA analysts and data specialists.
• Manage workload across multiple implementations.
