Responsibilities

• Identify land suitable for acquisition and development via market research.
• Develop a network of local developers, builders, brokers, and land owners.
• Follow local growth corridors and land use regulations to stay current.
• Determine land values through market research and financial analysis.
• Negotiate price and terms with land sellers and coordinate with internal attorneys for purchase agreements.
• Coordinate land entitlement and planning activities with Development team.
• Coordinate due diligence for land under contract and lead acquisition feasibility packages.
• Review and monitor purchase agreements for contract term compliance.
