Job summary

Dream Finders Homes is seeking a high-caliber Land Acquisition Analyst to join our Bluffton, SC team. You will evaluate residential land opportunities, build financial underwriting models, assess market conditions, and manage workflows from intake through site entitlement and closing.

This role works with executive leadership and land development teams, supporting due diligence, competitive research, and the preparation of Investment Committee memos to justify land transactions.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in real estate financial analysis, land acquisition, or project analysis with a homebuilder or developer.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or Business; advanced degrees preferred.

Responsibilities

• Underwriting & financial modeling for land opportunities.
• Oversee pipeline and operational flow using DealPath.
• Support due diligence with environmental, geotechnical, surveys, and entitlements.
• Conduct market and competitive research to identify growth corridors.
• Prepare investment memos for Investment Committee.
