Job summary

Staffmark Group in Bentonville, AR is hiring a Laminator Operator to join a 5-person team on a fast-paced production line. You will operate laminating equipment, monitor adhesive bonding, and help produce consistent, high-quality finished products in a safe environment.

This entry-level role offers a pay rate of $15.50–$16.00 per hour with multiple shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd) and overtime opportunities. High school diploma or GED preferred; manufacturing experience is a plus, but no lamination

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Technical training or manufacturing education beneficial.
• Entry-level position; no lamination experience required.
• Manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or machine operation experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Strong attendance and willingness to learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a 5-person laminator team to apply adhesive between foam boards and styrene sheets.
• Monitor adhesive application to ensure proper bonding and product quality.
• Assist with production line processes that apply pressure to laminated materials and prevent separation.
• Inspect finished products for defects and maintain quality standards.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow production schedules, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Support general manufacturing and production activities as assigned.

Location: Bentonville, AR

Pay Rate: $15.50 - $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:30 PM-12:00 AM or 4:30 PM-1:00 AM
• 3rd Shift: Sunday 9:30 PM-7:00 AM; Monday-Thursday 11:30 PM-7:00 AM

Overtime available several times per month

Physical Capabilities

• Stand for the entire shift in a manufacturing environment.
• Frequently bend, kneel, reach, and grasp materials throughout the workday.
• Lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 35 pounds.
• Comfortable working around industrial adhesives with a strong glue scent and noticeable fumes.
• Must wear steel-toe shoes; masks may be worn if desired.
