Laminator Machine Operator- 3rd shift

3rd shift: 8:45pm to 5:15am
Monday through Friday
$20 to $38 per hour (depending on experience)

When your actions lead to success.

• Confer with Lamination Operator from previous shift regarding status of laminator operation.
• Prepare laminator for start up subject to final approval. Preparation includes, ensuring that glue ratios are precise, cleaning of rollers and machine, to ensure no scratches are present.
• Complete all forms and reports in written English; complete Quality Control report for each roll of film produced.
• Report any equipment or material problems to Supervisor immediately for prompt correction of problem.
• Participate in general clean up for following shift change.
• Clean each roll rack before it leaves your work area.
• Responsible for all In Process Inspection, communicating any possible defects to downstream processes.
• Report any hazard or safety violations to Print Supervisor.
