Job summary

Regal Boats is seeking a motivated Laminator to join our Lamination Team in Orlando. Responsibilities include applying and rolling fiberglass and resin onto mold surfaces, ensuring air-free lamination and proper demolding.

Must be able to work 10-hour shifts in a non-climate controlled environment, comply with safety procedures, and collaborate with teammates. Prior experience with fiberglass/resin is preferred; willingness to overtime is required.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Classification: Non-Exempt

Reports To: Lamination Team Leader

Pay Range: $19.00 - $26.25 (Compensation is based on a combination of your skills, background, and the needs of the role.)

Regal Boats is seeking a motivated self-starter to join our team as a Laminator. Responsibilities include applying and rolling fiberglass and resin onto a mold surface.

Previous experience with fiberglass and resin applications

Work Environment

Must be able to work in a non-climate controlled environment where ambient air temperature can exceed outside air temperature reaching over 100 degrees fahrenheit at times. Must be able to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to work 10-hour shifts standing, bending and lifting. The employee is regularly required to use hands to touch, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to walk; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently be able to lift 50 pounds. The employee must be able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements including respirators, gloves, chemical resistance aprons, and chemical resistant suits. Must be able to, with or without correct close vision, ability to adjust focus, and be able to distinguish between different colors.
