Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Lamination Tech to remove air from wet glass, apply glass layers, and install components prior to glass work. This full-time position requires teamwork, basic fabrication skills, and the ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities include pattern cutting, rolling fiberglass, resin handling, and equipment operation with drills and hand sanders. Work environment includes both indoor and outdoor conditions with physical duties.

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Able to follow instructions and work in a team

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Lamination Tech removes all air from wet glass using a brush and/or roller. Applies layers of wet glass in many different applications. Installs different parts prior to glass work.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Performs pattern cutting and rolling fiberglass.
• Properly uses resin and putty.
• Installs boxes, foam tanks and stringers
• Grinds out small imperfections
• Performs general housekeeping.
• ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
