Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Lamination Tech to remove air from wet glass, apply layers, and install various parts prior to glass work. The role involves pattern cutting, fiberglass rolling, and precise finishing in a shop environment.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to work effectively in a team while following detailed instructions. This position requires physical stamina and compliance with safety standards in both indoor and outdoor settings.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Performs pattern cutting and rolling fiberglass.
• Properly uses resin and putty.
• Installs boxes, foam tanks and stringers.
• Grinds out small imperfections.
• Performs general housekeeping.
• All other duties as assigned.
