Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Lamination Tech in Flippin, AR to remove air from wet glass and apply layers in various applications. The role includes installing components prior to glass work and assisting with overall project setup.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, teamwork, and ability to operate drills and a hand sander, along with following instructions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Team-oriented work capability is required.
• Experience using drills and a hand sander is preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Performs pattern cutting and rolling fiberglass.
• Properly uses resin and putty.
• Installs boxes, foam tanks and stringers before glass work.
• Maintains general housekeeping and safety practices.
