Qualifications

• Must follow detailed procedures and maintain quality standards.

• Capable of physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe work environment and identify training opportunities to reduce accidents and injuries.
• Position full A-frame; align fabric edge to the machine using sensors and controls.
• Start machine, monitor fabric, and inspect for defects per SOP/Work instructions.
• Change rolls, perform style changes, clock in/out work orders, and cut samples for lab.
• Conform to future changes with flatbed; support daily production goals.
• Receive verbal instructions, fetch tools and supplies, and manage work tools.
